Necessary Angel Theatre Company goes International with 2 shows!
TORONTO, APRIL 6, 2005 - Necessary Angel Theatre Company and Tarragon Theatre are proud to report that their production of Half Life by John Mighton , directed by Necessary Angel Theatre Company's Artistic Director, Daniel Brooks , which opened on March 1, 2005 and just recently closed on April 3, 2005, played to capacity audiences. The production played to 95% capacity, with more than 8000 people attending.

Following this incredible success, Necessary Angel Theatre Company is pleased to announce that Necessary Angel will tour Half Life to three major Canadian theatre festivals. Half Life will have four performances in Quebec City at the Théâtres d'Ailleurs festival (May 26 - 28, 2005), four performances in Montreal at the Festival de théâtre des Amériques (June 2 - 5, 2005) and five performances in Ottawa at the Magnetic North festival (June 8 – 11, 2005).
Reprising their roles will be Laura de Carteret (Anna), Barbara Gordon (Agnes), Carolyn Hetherington (Clara), Maggie Huculak (Tammy) and Randy Hughson (Reverend). Les Carlson will replace Eric Peterson in the role of Patrick for the entire tour, and David Jansen will replace Diego Matamoros in the role of Donald in Ottawa.
Set and costumes design by Dany Lyne, lighting design by Andrea Lundy, sound design by Richard Feren and stage managed by Chrystal Salverda.
