You control the sharing of that information by NATC, the types of communication you will receive from us, and when you no longer want to receive communication from us.

If you choose to “Follow Us” on Facebook™, you will receive updates from our newsfeed. You may choose to “Un-follow” us at any time through your Facebook™ settings, or by clicking the “Following” button on our Facebook™ page. Any comments or information you post on our Facebook™ page are available to other Facebook™ users and the general public itself. It’s important to note that “Following” us on Facebook™ is considered explicit consent to receive message from NATC’s Facebook™ newsfeed only. Additionally, you may comment on NATC’s YouTube™ video channel through your YouTube™ account. Any comments or information you post on YouTube™ are made public and stored in Google’s™ YouTube™ servers.

Any information you post on our Facebook™ and YouTube™ page may be cached (stored) and accessible via a public internet search.

Use of the Information We Collect

Your personally identifiable information will not be sold to advertisers or spammers.

If you provide your email address at our website, we may use your email address to contact you and notify you of the status of your course registration, or regarding details pertinent to your business transaction with NATC. Generally, you cannot opt-out of receiving certain communications such as transaction and service-related communications and administrative messages during the course of the business transaction itself.

NATC may use anonymous information collected through our website to improve the quality of the website. This information may help us to diagnose problems, maintain security, and provide services users want. Agreement

If you choose to use the website, your use is subject to the current Terms of Service and CASL Policy and you consent to our limited use of information as outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time. If we do make changes, we will indicate the date the changes were made at the top of this policy. No changes will ever be made that contravene CASL. Unless stated otherwise, our current policy applies to all information in our possession.

Security

NATC takes reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information to us by email or instant messaging services. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information. Even after removal, copies of information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your information.
